Atomic Deluge, also called Heavy Rain, is a technique introduced in Kingdom Hearts III. It allows the user to summon a sphere above them, which scatters lightning in all directions.

Mechanics

In Kingdom Hearts Union χ, Heavy Rain is a special attack that targets all enemies. It costs 1 special attack gauge to perform. It ignores targets' attributes, and inflicts more damage the higher the user's HP.

In Kingdom Hearts III, Atomic Deluge is the max-level Shotlock of the Hero's Origin Keyblade that requires 16 locks to use. When activated, Sora Formchanges the Keyblade into Counter Shield and thrusts it into a lightning orb, spinning to send lightning all around him. Visually, when using Atomic Deluge, Sora's clothes transform into Guardian Form.
