World Tour

World Tour (ワールドトリップ, Wārudo Torippu, lit. "World Trip") is a gameplay mode in Kingdom Hearts Melody of Memory.

World Tour consists of a huge world map filled with worlds from the accross the Kingdom Hearts series, grouped by their game of origin. Each world contains one or two Music Stages of the world's field and battle themes. Boss themes can be found in one of the special spots on the map called a Darkened World (Dark Hole), which only contain a single Music Stage.

Every Music Stage has three missions, and each mission gives a star of a certain color when completed. The color of the star depends on the origin of the song. Clearing all songs in a given world will yeild an additional reward.

Gates block the player's progress through the world map. There are two types of gates: red gates will be opened when clearing a specific world, and blue gates require a certain number of stars from a specific color or a total number of stars (represented by a yellow star) to open.
