Synopsis

The Queen is enraged at the group's sudden interference. Sora quickly claims that they know who the real culprit is. Goofy goes to say Heartless, but is swiftly stopped by Donald. The Queen disagrees, asking the group for proof. Lacking evidence, the Queen locks Alice in a cage, claiming she will be innocent depending if the group finds evidence. Should they not, it is off with all their heads. The court is adjorned, while Sora promises Alice they will find the real criminal. Alice tells the group of the Cheshire Cat she met in the woods, claiming he might know something. It is then that the Card Soldier guarding Alice's cage sends the group away.

The group starts exploring the woods, eventually finding the Cheshire Cat. He gives the group a box, claiming it holds the evidence the group needs...or does it? The Cat slowly vanishes, leaving the group with a riddle on whether or not they should trust him. Sora opens the box, in which a Soldier Heartless comes out. The Heartless quickly flees, heading towards the Queen's court. The group immediately pursues.

Both the group and the Heartless run into the Queen's court. Sora explains that it is this creature who is the real culprit. The Heartless lunges towards the Queen, attempting to steal her heart. Sora easily defeats the Heartless, declaring Alice's innocence. Donald and Goofy lower the cage Alice was last in, only to find she is not there.
