Hey there! Just wanted to inform you on some issues with the files you uploaded.

When you upload images, the images must be named using a specific naming pattern, which helps us better find the images later. It gives the wiki a sense of organization.

The other major thing to remember is that you have to fill out the AboutFile template that automatically populates the file summary when you upload images, including typing in any associated categories, and you most certainly must choose a license. These also give a sense of organization, and for the latter, a legal security, as the license clears the wiki of most copyright infringements.

Please return to the three files you've just uploaded and fill in the AboutFile template, categories, and the license. You can review other cutscene screenshots for an example. You should also review the wiki's media policy for more information on uploading images and files to the Kingdom Hearts Wiki. If you have any questions, feel free to ask!

I'm sorry! I didn't realize you had sent me this! Please don't be angry with me! I made this account a while back, but I rarely used it. I decided to help out a little more, but I'm still a noob. Sorry.

How do I delete the files I uploaded, so I can re-upload them correctly? Also, I just uploaded an image of Xigbar in the Square Enix E3 Showcase 2018 trailer, but I'm not sure how to number it. Has anyone else uploaded images from that trailer?

Please forgive me for all this. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Raitomidnight555 (talkcontribs)

Hey! Well, if you're still feeling new, then welcome to the Wiki!

Files can only be deleted by administrators (see KHWiki:Staff for a list of them, including, well, me! :) ). You can mark images for deletion by attaching the {{delete}} template on them; this notifies us that we need to delete the files.

Another thing to remember is to sign all your posts on talk pages (like this one) by typing ~~~~, which will create an automatic timestamp with your username. This only goes on talk and discussion pages, not on the actual articles or files. You can tell which are talk pages because they begin with "Talk:Article name", such as "Talk: Sora" or "User talk: Raitomidnight555".

For the files you're trying to upload, I'd imagine they would be named "File:E3 2018 Pirates of the Caribbean Trailer 01 KHIII.png", where the number would depend on its location in the trailer chronologically. I'll move them myself. I am going to ask that you return to all the images you uploaded and fill out the {{aboutfile}} template, as well as the license. You can check some of the other trailer screenshots from the Kingdom Hearts III gallery to see how to do it.

Thanks! Feel free to check out the links in the welcome message for more help, and be sure to ask any other questions you have!

Mickey & Aqua 0.2 Images

Hey there! Appreciate you willing to help us out in the image space- it can be very confusing due to all the images and policies. Anyways, regarding the Mickey and Aqua 0.2 images: Go ahead and re-upload the images with the correct name, licensing, category, etc. Once you have, fix the articles the old ["Mickey in 0.2.png"/"Aqua in the beginning of 0.2.png"] images are currently on. Once you have done that, I'll see it in the recent changes and delete the old images. Any questions, just ask. Thanks! Xion4ever 18:08, 16 June 2018 (UTC)
