I'll be back to edit.

Two articles

We have to articles of minnie, one is minnie mouse and the other is queen minnie. Please someone merge them, I can't because I need to get out of the computer!Pablo618 17:07, 11 January 2008 (UTC)

I don't see Queen Minnie? Blue。 17:19, 11 January 2008 (UTC)
Well, there's another article but I don't know how it is called :S EDIT: Minnie Pablo618 17:27, 11 January 2008 (UTC)
I found it, and redirected. Blue。 17:31, 11 January 2008 (UTC)

... so?

From the trivia section: "In real life, Minnie's English voice actress, Russi Taylor, was married to Mickey's voice actor, Wayne Allwine. Because Allwine has recently passed away, she is now widowed." What does that have to do with Kingdom Hearts or Minnie as a character in Kingdom Hearts? I can understand metioning Allwine's death on Mickey's article, but here? I'll remove it, if you don't mind. Put it back if you have a logical reason, I suppose. --190.233.225.199 03:15, October 9, 2009 (UTC)

You are not removing this. Because Russi Taylor is the voice of Minnie in Kingdom Hearts. The very fact that we left it there is because we authorised it. If it's removed, I'm putting it back ! TNÉ En avant Bravo ! 03:50, October 9, 2009 (UTC)
There. Better now. You say it hasn't got anything to do with Minnie as a character (in KH). But that's what we call TRIVIA. It's meant to be an eye-popper or a connection with real-life events, get it ? Just mentioning in-game trivia isn't gonna mean anything ! TNÉ En avant Bravo ! 03:53, October 9, 2009 (UTC)

Eh, I guess that makes sense. I thought it wasn't really related with Minnie since it's not her voice actor who died, and the marriage between her actress and him is the only connection. Sorry for the change, I suppose. --190.233.225.199 04:57, October 9, 2009 (UTC)

It's okay. ^_^ But it's a good thing you made mention of it here. TNÉ En avant Bravo ! 05:01, October 9, 2009 (UTC)

Running the kingdom

Minnie sure is having it hard. Since the first game, she has been seen running the kingdom. Has Mickey ever been seen running it? Nope! But he had more important missions too, so there's no complain.--Charmed-Jay 23:07, January 22, 2010 (UTC)

Assist VS Escort

while it is true that Minnie mouse had to be "escorted" to the throne room, unlike the other characters she is actually able to fight back with her Pearl skills. I think she should be removed from the Escort section of the party template and moved to the assistance section, on the grounds she is capable of fighting back.

You are still tasked with keeping her alive."We're werewolves, not swearwolves." (KrytenKoro) 07:14, 12 August 2012 (UTC)

Minnie's first appearance

There's something wrong with Minnie's origin: in the opening paragraph we say that Minnie originates from Plane Crazy, while in the "Origin" section we say that she originates from Steamboat Willie. According to this, the information in the "Origin" section is correct. So which is wrong, and which is good?—Kaimi (talk) 14:35, 21 August 2012 (UTC)

Plan Crazy is the one that probably gave her the name Minnie. I assume that's why we use it. Erry 14:57, 21 August 2012 (UTC)

A set of Questions for the Article.

1) Minnie does not appear in Timeless River, but does in Disney related media; yet, in Dream Drop Distance, she appears in Country of the Musketeers as it's Princess; should we state for definite that she was from that world, or do we use the disney related evidence as Clarabelle, Clara Cluck, past Mickey and Horace all appear there, and say that she was from Timeless River and later BECAME a princess?

2) Mickey and Minnie; have either of them ever claimed to be married? Should it be stated that they did marry or should it be stated that Mickey just chose to have Minnie as his Queen despite not marrying her; after all, we do not know how their monarchy works, do we?

3) Relating to Point 1) Does Minnie have parents or is she the ruler of The Country of the Musketeers? Does royalty even work the same way as in Europe? We know, from Dream Drop Distance, that Pete tries to overthrow her to become King, so does that mean he's killed her parents? Mickey and Minnie also don't have any observed children for us to examine how the Kingdom Hearts monarchy relates to inheritance. All we know is that she was "Princess" in CotM and "Queen" in DT. We could even suggest that Mickey returned to Disney Town as a conqueror and became the legitimate King there, or that the monarchy was earned by a pie-eating contest. So, what do we state?

4) Relating to Point 3) Do Mickey and Minnie have children? To me, given that they haven't been seen, it seems unlikely that they do, but what do you think? Have their children just been shipped off to some relative (perhaps Minnie's sister, Mandie, or Mickey's sister, Amelia) or do they not actually HAVE any children? Thoughts? --Mickeyisawesome (talk) 03:32, 23 August 2012 (UTC)

Mickey Mouse TR KHII.png
To cover your thoughts:
  1. There's not really any way to be entirely sure of where she's from; that being said, the conversations that take place in KH3D make it seem that Minnie and Mickey have had little interaction with each other, and that they have only recently meant. Still, to actually put such in an article is probably more speculation that actually confirmed fact, especially since CotM could just be a different version of Timeless River (though again, Mickey's words make it seem pretty clear that it's not, and that he's just there on training). Still, Pete's presence is interesting, since he appeared in Timeless River but it seems unlikely he'd be able to travel to other worlds yet, unless there was some pathway made for him.
  2. I don't believe that they've ever mentioned marriage, but come on - they're King and Queen for Pete's sake! This is Disney we're talking about, how often do they have a King and Queen who aren't married? If you don't want to put it in an article, that's fine, but it seems pretty obvious to me that they are indeed married.
  3. No way of knowing most of this; most parents in the KH series are either non-existent, never mentioned, or spoken of offhand once or twice.
  4. Again, no way of knowing, but seems unlikely.
LightRoxas"So many are still waiting for their new beginning, their birth by sleep. Even me... and even you."
These were in response to critiques I posted on his talk page, to highlight how his narrative for how Mickey and Minnie's nobility worked was unverifiable.
In regards to marriage, unless something specifically says it then we can't claim that they got married at a certain point. Even if it is Disney, we can't just throw it into a "before BbS" section as if it's official. If they say "husband" or "wife" somewhere, then we can do it, but I'm honestly not sure marriage has ever been mentioned in this series."We're werewolves, not swearwolves." (KrytenKoro) 06:12, 23 August 2012 (UTC)

So... if they have recently met, then it's likely that Minnie is from CoTM. Pete's evil; he probably has ways AROUND travelling through the worlds; the King had a Gummi Ship, so what's to say Pete doesn't? Anyway, I'll add the "Minnie is from the CoTM" bit to the article. I agree - if they weren't married then Minnie would be a Queen, but not of Disney Castle; she'd be Queen of CoTM as she was the Princess there, and Mickey would rule Disney Castle alone, since they wouldn't accept Minnie as Queen without marriage. I'll put "It is unknown if Mickey and Minnie married, but it is likely that they did." and I will put this talk page as the reference.--Mickeyisawesome (talk) 00:30, 24 August 2012 (UTC)

No, you won't. Everything you just said is based on guesses, and has no direct basis in the series. It is not our job to "fill the gaps", only to collate and report what the published materials or official statements say."We're werewolves, not swearwolves." (KrytenKoro) 01:33, 24 August 2012 (UTC)
