I wonder how long the journey in KHII was? It would have been at least two weeks, since there is no way Sora can visit 15 worlds in less than two weeks, most twice.
At least one night went by in the Pride Lands during the first trip. At least three days also went by in Atlantica.
Another hint of time is that it was almost Autumn at the begining of the game, and that it was Christmas during the second trips to Halloween Town and the Pride Lands. I'd say: four months have gone by, at most? Just say your word!

That's probably how long it was 4-6 months. But I really wonder how long the timespan in KH1 and BbS. I think 1 might've been only a couple of months and BbS seemed like it could've either a few days or just as long as KHII. It's a complete mystery on that one. Ha ha, I just noticed. You knew I was gonna put something here. I love doing this kind of thing.

That's true, but we are talking about time, not season.
Six months? Possible. I assume BbS took place within two weeks and KH1 within two months. I think it was around a month between Roxas's creation and Sora's slumber. We know the events of CO took place within just a few days...
Thanks for the nice comment, AlVan! I also seem to love forums. It brings our thoughts together!

Less than two weeks? I doubt it. Take a look at Nala for example: how long does it normally take for a lionless to mate then learn they are a mother-to-be? More than a week. And what about the three days searching for Ursula? All this would take at least one month from start-to-end.
Besides, I sometimes think the visited worlds in the game are not the only ones the trio visited. You may never know. They might have even visited Skelos Badlands or Wizard Peak (too much Spyro there, but you get the idea).

I think what she meant by the seasons was that it was Christmas-time on the second visit to Halloweentown.

That's right. I use seasons as time, and since Summer was nearing it's end when Sora woke up, and it was Christmas and New Years during Halloween Town (and the Pride Lands), it's possible for four months. Proof: Santa knew that Sora stopped beleaving seven years prior, and he had to deal with Christmas urgently. In Jiminy's Journal, it even said "Christmas was right around the courner."

What if there was an anime adaption? Would it be the same with the game, or can there be a location-of-the-day? It this went by what you said, the Pokemon anime would not have all those locations and characters; it would follow the game's story. This is getting frustrating...
