ARG ARG ARG ARG ARG-wait, who gives a crap? it's just a rehash of the BBS we got, so why is everyone making a big deal out of it? Yeah, Nomura lied... but who cares? It doesn't affect us, and this probably just means that the Mysterious Figure is as canon as Sora, or Donald's terrible singing voice. Of course, if it comes to US shores, I couldn't care less. If it comes to US shores on the 3DS, then sign me up. Anyway, your thoughts. I crave them. KKD

From what I understand, it's only an NA port. Sure, they're getting what we got, but hey, we got it FIRST; that can never change. Hell, there might be a new Secret Ending, but that's what YouTube is for, my friends!

For some, it's the principle of the thing, methinks. However, it is just a Japanese version of the International release, and I'm happy for the Japanese because they get what we got.

And if there's a secret ending? We'll do what we always do, though with the amount of stuff they put on our version, I think that they can barely add anything else. Tamroc7 01:10, September 16, 2010 (UTC)

It's because the Japanese always got the Final Mixes and the added content. Nomura promised that the NA additions were a treat for us, and he promised that Re:coded was a treat for us. Instead, the Japanese are almost immediately getting BBSFM, and they get Re:coded even before we do. If it was at least equal, that would be one thing (and great), but basically....it's like you're the youngest child, and even on your birthday, the oldest sibling gets the best present.Glorious CHAOS! 01:27, September 16, 2010 (UTC)

Alright. But still....Nomura...I'm starting to lose faith in you....at least TRY to keep your word. I understand you'd eventually have to rerelease the game in Japan because of the Mysterious Figure, but that doesn't mean you have to add ANOTHER new character that we here in America won't know about unless we hover over this wiki...--Evnyofdeath 06:25, September 16, 2010 (UTC)

2. Unlike PS2, PSP games are not region-locked.

Are you going to release the international version in Japan as you have with KH and KHII? Nomura: Well, if i say "we don't have plans yet" people will take that as "no" so I can't really say anything. Since the voice acting is done so well it wouldn't be bad releasing a Final Mix... but people only got so excited about KHII FM+ because it was sold with Re:COM. We're not going to put that much into it a second time.

Most of this stuff is decided by people way above Nomura's pay grade. But that's not top say he doesn't enjoy it, because adding all the stuff they do and complicating the plot even more is just something he does because he can.Would a Final Mix be made without him? yes. Look, I don't like this either, but to say that Nomura said this would never happen, (the difference being between "No Plans at the Moment" and "Not ever Gonna happen") or that this is even his decision to make and not an executive, is a little disingenuous. (And because this is the age of distribution, the Final Mixes are in english and Disney will be angry as hell about hiring the English voice actors again, I'm still holding out hope for a western release. Not much of one I'll admit, though I honestly don't care either way.) The new Armored Warrior could very well be Eraqus; we might be looking at yet another Sentiment boss.

J.Severe - If light and darkness are eternal, Square Enix and Disney should be too. TALK - The only Final Mix I actually want is Kingdom Hearts 3D Final Mix! There NEEDS to be a Final Mix for a game on a Nintendo console! Well... I've never been more disgusted in my entire life. (sigh)... Man you have got to be F-ing kidding me!!! I mean I have been waiting patiently for Birth by Sleep for five years, spoiled myself aout of jealousy and envy of the Japanese, and right when I finally get it,before I'm even done with Aqua's story, BLAM!!! They go and anounce that they couldn't stand watching us getting atleast three extras and so they have compenste by giving themselves all of our extras and then add a bajillion more! I mean I can understand getting our secret boss, but is it really neccessary to give them like, what, +two more! What is the point of Monstro, unless you're going to actually go through with making Pinochio's world part of the game. And the irony of it all is that they might actually give Ven his original secret ending Keyblade, and that was what I have been striving for for our version, and we didn't get it! It makes me so MAD!!! I swear, Nomura, one of these days... Still, dispite my anger, I'm getting it anyway, after all, I should've seen this one comeing. I just hope that the only new scenes they get are in their new boss battles, because I hate hearing our NA voices w/ their Japanes text but hearing nothing but silence when they get a new scene! And if not, they better have those new scenes english dubbed, because they owe us that much! I know I sound unreasonable, but shouldn't I be!? Shouldn't we all!? This isn't like what happened with KHIIFM, where we missed out on well over a dozen new bosses and features. This is a couple of new things they're adding (I for one am excited that now there's an excuse for us to get to see more--Armored Eraqus apparently, new secret ending, etc.). So Nomura lied, so what? It isn't the first time he's misled us in regards to the series. Remamber how those three knights were totally new characters? What? The brown-haired one is Xehanort? Pfft! You're seeing things. Just sit back and enjoy the new cutscenes, fandubbed for your confusion.

Secret Ending plus my annoyance at Square Enix

Okay.......now i'm really cheesed off at Square Enix.....how come they HAD to put in a final mix for BBS when thankfully BBS is the only time when we actually got North American exclusives, but NO.......the Japanese have to beat us to it and get new stuff that we don't have. *sigh* I wonder if the Secret Ending will have anything to do with Kingdom Hearts 3 or 3DS despite Versus XIII hasn't been finished yet. BlackSoulBlade - Keyblades of Light and Dark were locked in combat... TALK - As the great Keyblade War raged! SE just lost a lot of my respect with this one, thankfully PSP games aren't region locked. Also, we had Sephiroth and Ice Titan in KH1, Japan only got it in the FM. Seriously, I don't care that the original has been out for years, I WANT THE FREAKIN FM'S!

Fianl Mix... Not the final unfortunately

Can someone please tell me why Square Enix keep releasing Final Mix titles? This site categorizes them as remakes, but last I checked, it's not normal to announce a remake of a game, in the same month that it is released. It's not like the additional content couldn't have been programmed into the game from the start. To me, it just feels like an attempt to sell more games more than anything else, since the original games don't tend to sell as well as they should. The game was not announced 'in the same month that it is released', since Final Mix is only for Japan, and the Japanese version of the original was released in January. But you're right about the two being very close together. 82.37.246.236 13:45, September 18, 2010 (UTC)

I think it started with KHFM which was created because of all the extra content in the US version of KH, and from then it just became a tradition for the main games in the KH series to get Final Mixes. --Evnyofdeath 07:56, September 19, 2010 (UTC)

Nomura said that he will send the final mixes to the U.S as Trump Cards, which may come... in 10-20 years.Keyblade0
