Falcos - You've done it, Ventus. TALK - Now that my body is about to perish... You and I will have to join together! Uh... These levels don't look right... I'm not sure what the correct levels ARE, but I know for a fact that you get it with the staff at lvl 36, not the sword. I'm guessing that means that the other two are incorrect as well.
