Icy Terror

Icy Terror (恐怖につかまる吹雪, Kyōfu ni Tsukamaru Fubuki, lit. "Blizzard Gripped by Terror") is a technique that appears in Kingdom Hearts II. The user shoots out a snowfalke, then icy crystals form around the target and pierce the enemy.

Mechanics

In Kingdom Hearts II, Icy Terror is an action ability exclusive to Jack Skellington. It costs 2 AP to equip and 10 MP to use.
