The name dear diary is not fitting for a laptop, but does for Zexion. It is probably another reference to him looking like an Emo. Also, in a musical number mostly associated with this possible side of his personality called emo kid, the first words are Dear diary, mood appetetic. The other part of it matches his other weapon, the a refference to people eating (even at midnight) when they are sad.
