Yeah, Jafar was never a ruler. The category should be removed.

I fail to see that. Last time I checked second-in-commands generally stay with their boss until the very end and don't go out and get killed first. In fact out of Maleficent's group Jafar was the first guy to get defeated (in the original KH). I'm pretty sure that either Hades or (much more likely) Riku was Maleficent's right-hand man.

I think Jafar was her right hand member for a number of reasons
1. Jafar is frequently seen talking to her.
2. Apart from Maleficent herself, he appeared to be the smartest.
3. In Disney shows and spin offs, these two were best friends, and even dated on one event.(Bananaphone1996 04:40, April 22, 2010 (UTC))

LapisScarab - You accept darkness, yet choose to live in the light. So why is it that you loathe us who teeter on the edge of nothing? We who were turned away by both light and dark - never given a choice? TALK - That may be... however, what other choice might we have had?

Does anybody know what the name of Jafar's hat/crown is? I like to be detailed in the appearance sections, but I have no clue what it's called.

Eternal Nothingness XIII - I'm not afraid of what the darkness holds now. Even if you do wrest control of my heart from me, even if you cast me into the deepest, darkest abyss, you'll never sway me from the one cause that pushes me to keep on fighting. Whatever the cost, I'm ready to pay it. TALK - There's darkness within me... So what does that matter? I know I'm strong enough to hold it back. — 03:27, December 31, 2009 (UTC)

It's not really a Turban, though. Turbans are wrap-arounds. Look at Professor Quirrel from Harry Potter, as an example. What the Peddler wears is also a turban, the lines going around it giving this away.

Okay, I think I got it. I think it's a type ofmitre, which was originally a type of turban. I knew I knew it, I just couldn't remember. Thanks though!
