Cold Breath (コールドブレス Kōrudo Buresu) is a technique that appears in Kingdom Hearts III. It allows the user to unleash a gust of icy breath at the enemy, dealing Blizzard damage and freezing enemies for 8 seconds.
Mechanics
In Kingdom Hearts III, Cold Breath is an action ability exclusive to Marshmallow. It costs 3 AP to equip and 15 MP to use.
