Tornado Strike is a technique that appears in Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep and Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance. It allows the user to knock surrounding enemies into the air with a series of whirlwinds.

Mechanics

In Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep, Tornado Strike is an Ultimate attack command exclusive to Ventus that takes up two slots in the Command Deck, has a maximum level of 4, a normal reload time of 25 seconds, and fills the Command Gauge by 25%. The player may press at the four prompts presented to perform additional spinning attacks and knock enemies into the air again.

In Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance, Tornado Strike is an attack command available to Sora and Riku that uses one slot in the Command Deck, and has a reload time of 22 seconds. It grants +2 to Strength and +1 to Magic when attached to a Dream Eater recipe.

• Ventus can obtain Tornado Strike from a chest in the Dungeon.
• Ventus can create Tornado Strike through Command Melding.

Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance

• Sora can obtain Tornado Strike from a chest in the Cell.
• Sora and Riku can purchase Tornado Strike from the shop for 1500 munny, 1200 munny during Bargain Flurry, after reaching Shop Level 7.
