Dodge Slash is a technique that appears in Kingdom Hearts II. It allows the user to unleash an attack that does damage to nearby enemies.
Mechanics
In Kingdom Hearts II, Dodge Slash is an action ability exclusive to Sora. It costs 2 AP to equip. It activates when multiple enemies are nearby. The individual slashes can parry attacks easily, but have a slow execution and may miss some hits with a shorter Keyblade, allowing enemies with faster recovery to counter. Its description is erroneously switched with that of Slapshot, but this is corrected in Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix.
Learning Dodge Slash
Kingdom Hearts II
- Sora learns Dodge Slash after defeating Cerberus at Olympus Coliseum.
