:I'm not a mod, no, just a janitor. As for your claim about the X-blade, I can't find a source for the seven lights existing in the hearts of the seven princesses, and the text within the games does not indicate that it's a separate X-blade -- while talking about the original, KH3D states "The χ-blade can be forged via a high-dimensional clash between those two poles.", and KH3 states "The χ-blade was destroyed during a great battle in the past. It will be reforged when seven hearts of pure light clash with thirteen pure darknesses. In the past, Master Xehanort divided the darkness and light in Ventus's heart and pitted them against one another, artificially creating a χ-blade, but his experiment failed and the incomplete blade was destroyed." indicating that they're bringing the original object back into existence through a magic ritual. The KHBbS version ''was'' an incomplete/imperfect/artificial one, as it was not made with the right recipe, but it would still essentially be a "summoning" of the real one (compare the imperfect revival of Ganon in the Oracle games).{{User:KrytenKoro/Sig}} 14:52, 21 May 2019 (UTC) | :I'm not a mod, no, just a janitor. Speculation
You need to remember to avoid speculation and make sure you're relying on published sources for content that you add."We're werewolves, not swearwolves." (KrytenKoro) 13:36, 20 May 2019 (UTC)
Which of my edits was the one you had issue with? Was it the edits to the True Organization page? -StrikeWing
- This, this, this."We're werewolves, not swearwolves." (KrytenKoro) 12:26, 21 May 2019 (UTC)
I don't understand how any those could be considered speculation they are just deductive reasoning. In fact they outright say Vanitas was recreated from the negative emotions, if he was a time traveling heart in a replica body that would not be necessary. The original list itself was mostly speculative due to the lack of any canonical source or context. My other two edits are just factual- in fact my edit to Luxu's page removed speculation and it's just a fact that he would need to have a keyblade to keep changing vessels...
- "they are just deductive reasoning."
- That's by definition speculation.
- " if he was a time traveling heart in a replica body that would not be necessary."
- Nomura explicitly and definitively said you are wrong.
- "The original list itself was mostly speculative due to the lack of any canonical source or context."
- The original list was taken directly from the Ultimania.
- "My other two edits are just factual"
- No, they weren't. There is no claim within the canon that Luxu has a second Keyblade. It's also not even clear that Luxu was the one who called the Foretellers through his own power, rather than it being some side effect of the War.
- As for the claim that the true X-blade has never been seen, that's outright false. We see it in KH3. There is nothing to hint whatsoever that it is not the legitimate object.
- The edits I listed were not only speculatory, several of them were decisively false, and removed accurate information to boot. Please do not repeat them."We're werewolves, not swearwolves." (KrytenKoro) 12:46, 21 May 2019 (UTC)
Ah, I did not know about the Ultimania, I do not have access to that information. My apologies. Although it is a bit stupid to say ASoD is a time traveling heart when he is by definition a heartless... I will try to be more careful.
As to my other edits, I will defend myself a little here. Firstly, no the X-Blade of yore is not the one KH3. It is definitively stated that the 20 peices of the original exist in the universe still, the seven lights in the Hearts of the seven Princesses of Heart, and the 13 of darkness missing. During the War, Xehanort forged 13 new Keyblades from the energy of the conflicts and fused them to create his X-Blade. It can't be the same object.
As for Luxu, I actually changed the wording to be more open ended because the article as I found it claimed he summoned them of his own power and I thought that was a rather bold assumption. The only thing I removed was the bit about Xigbar's arrowguns being more powerful than Braigs which I believed to be baseless.
I will of course defer to you as you are the mod, and won't repeat my edits. But I'm leaving this explanation here anyway for context. Have a nice day. -StrikeWing
