When using Confusion Strike in Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep, the user spins and swings the Keyblade; a streak of white energy appears when the weapon is swung.

Confusion Strike (コンフュストライク, Konfyu Sutoraiku, lit. "Confu Strike"), also dubbed as Confusing Strike or Confu-Strike, is an ability or technique that appears in Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories, Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep, and Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance. It allows the user to perform an attack that may confuse enemies.

Mechanics

In Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories, Confu-Strike is an enemy card effect that causes the user's attacks to confuse enemies at a certain rate. It costs 65 CP to add to the deck and lasts for 50 attacks. While Confu-Strike is in effect, the user is resistant to fire, ice, lightning, and special attacks.

In Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep, Confusion Strike is a Basic attack command that allows the user to perform a spinning attack that will confuse some foes. It takes up one slot in the Command Deck, has a maximum level of 3 and a normal reload time of 10 seconds, and fills the Command Gauge by 25%.

In Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance, Confusing Strike is an attack command that takes up one slot in the Command Deck and has a reload time of 14 seconds. It grants +1 to Strength and +1 to Magic when attached to a Dream Eater recipe.

• The Zexion enemy card has Confu-Strike as its ability.
• The Black Fungus enemy card can randomly activate Confu-Strike.
• The Darkside enemy card can mimic an enemy's Confu-Strike.

Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep

• Aqua can obtain Confusion Strike in a chest at Maleficent's Throne.
• Terra, Aqua, and Ventus can create Confusion Strike through Command Melding.
• Confusion Strike can be purchased from the Moogle Shop for 450 munny once the command has already been obtained elsewhere.

Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance

• Sora and Riku can purchase Confusing Strike from the Komory Bat Ability Link for 100 Link Points.
• Sora and Riku can purchase Confusing Strike from the Moogle Shop for 400 munny, 320 munny during Bargain Flurry, after reaching Shop Level 4.
