[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PE8vBuoL1lI Here], at 2:06, some Shivas fly by in what is supposed to be the original version of the game, so that confirms our "original" image of them is correct. [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bZEp281Axo0 Here], they look like the International image you provided.
