Icy Terror (恐怖に凍てつく吹雪 Kyōfu ni Kōtetsuku Fubuki, lit. "Blizzard Frozen in Terror")[1] is a technique that appears in Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts II. It allows the user to execute a blizzard-based attack.
Mechanics
In Kingdom Hearts, Icy Terror is a combat ability exclusive to Jack Skellington that shoots a spreading burst of ice crystals. It is a special attack that costs 2 AP to equip and little MP to use.
In Kingdom Hearts II, Icy Terror is an action ability exclusive to Jack Skellington that causes the to user shoot out a snowflake before icy crystals form around the target and pierce it. It costs 2 AP to equip and 10 MP to use.
