Attack Cards appear in Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories and Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories as a type of playing card which allow Sora and Riku to use their weapons. They can be identified by their red borders. Sixteen of the Attack Cards in the game represent the Keyblades and sword that Sora and Riku used in Kingdom Hearts; the only Keyblades missing are the Jungle King, which was removed when the estate of Edgar Rice Burroughs forbade Disney from reusing Tarzan in the game, and the Keyblade of People's Hearts, which was left out due to storyline issues. The original set of Attack Cards also includes two Keyblades that were introduced in Kingdom Hearts Final Mix ("Diamond Dust" and "One-Winged Angel"). Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories introduces six additional Attack Cards based on Keyblades that Sora obtained in Kingdom Hearts II, which can be obtained as game completion bonuses. Each Attack card can be used alone to perform normal attacks, but they can also be combined with other Attack Cards, as well as Magic, Summon, Item, and Friend Cards, to perform different attacks and spells that are otherwise unavailable. Many of these combinations are reuses or variations of the special attacks from Kingdom Hearts, such as "Strike Raid" or "Ragnarok".

Attack Cards are available in both Sora's Tale and Reverse/Rebirth, but are only used by Sora and Riku, excluding the battle with Zexion in which he can steal Riku's Attack Cards. Sora can also use a special version of the Kingdom Key during the Bumble-Rumble mini-game, and Riku can use a fake version of the Soul Eater during the battle with Zexion.

Captain Hook Continuous Shake-offs (連続振り払い, Renzoku Furiharai) ??? Captain Hook Random Thrust (乱れ突き, Midare Tsuki) ??? Rushing Thrust (突進突き, Tosshin Tsuki) ??? Vexen Shield Blow Vexen slashes at his opponent with his shield, then summons a pillar of ice from the ground. Lexaeus Combo Attack (連撃, Rengeki) Lexaeus strikes Riku twice, stunning him on the second blow. Lexaeus Tomahawk Shot Lexaeus tosses the tomahawk, which bounces into his opponent. Soul Eater Dark Revenge Any of Zexion's surviving body clones rush at Riku, slashing him with their Soul Eaters. The true Zexion then performs a downward slam attack. Axel Continuous Attacks (連続攻撃, Renzoku Kougeki) Axel performs two to five quick slashes with his chakrams. Axel Throw & Catch Axel throws a chakram at his opponent, followed with a warp to catch said chakram. Marluxia Crescent Shockwave Marluxia slashes with his scythe, emitting a crescent-shaped shockwave. Marluxia Phantom Saber Marluxia performs a powerful overhead slash. Larxene Continuous Attacks (連続攻撃, Renzoku Kougeki) ??? Angry Rush Larxene slashes her opponent two to four times, then summons a lightning strike when low on HP. Larxene Knife Throw Larxene throws her knives at her opponent. Riku Replica Vertical Swing (縦振り, Tate Furi) The Riku Replica performs a jumping attack, launching three waves of energy outward. Riku Replica Continuous Swings (連続振り, Renzoku Furi) The Replica performs a quick slash, followed by a dash attack. During the final Battles for Sora and Riku, the Riku Replica hurls the Soul Eater at his opponent, then performs a close-range slash. Riku Replica Shake-off (振り払い, Furiharai) The Replica performs a spin attack. Riku Replica Helm Split (兜割り, Kabuto Wari)[KH CoM] The Riku Replica leaps into the air, striking Sora or Riku from above. This card is only used within Sleights in Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories. Ansem Dark Blow The guardian unleashes a haymaker.
