Prizes are recurring minor items and drops that appear throughout the Kingdom Hearts series. They come in a variety of forms and often serve as restorative items, currency, or collectables.
Types of Prizes
HP Prizes
HP Prizes appear in every game and are represented by a bright green orb, sometimes outlined in red. They drop when most minor enemies are defeated and if certain props are attacked. They fill the player's HP gauge and can be enhanced by certain abilities such as Jackpot, HP Prize Plus and Lucky Strike.
Munny
Munny appear in every game except for Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories and are represented by a gold octahedron. They drop when most enemies are defeated and if certain props are attacked. They can be used to buy items, commands, equipment or ingredients at shops and can be enhanced by certain abilties such as Jackpot and Lucky Strike.
Prize Boxes
Prize Boxes appear in every game except Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories and are represented by small boxes and chests with various different colours and shapes. They drop when most minor enemies are defeated and if certain props are attacked. They contain a variety of things, including items, commands, equipment or ingredients and can be enhanced by certain abilties such as Lucky Strike.
MP Prizes
MP Prizes appear in Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts II and are represented by a dark blue orb with a dark red core. They are dropped by most minor enemies. They fill the player's MP gauge and can be enhanced by certain abilities such as Jackpot and Lucky Strike.
Moogle Points
Moogle Points appear in Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories and are represented by red orbs appearing in small sizes, worth 4 points, and large sizes, worth 10 points. They are obtained by smashing and jumping onto the various objects scattered throughout each room, defeating certain Heartless in battle such as White Mushrooms and Black Fungi and by trading in unwanted cards at the Moogle Shop for points. Moogle Points can be lost by slipping on a banana while fighting a Bouncywild. They are used to buy card packs at Moogle Shops.
Drive orbs
Drive Orbs appear in Kingdom Hearts II and are represented by yellow orbs. They are dropped by most minor enemies and by certain props. They fill the Drive gauge, but while Summoning or while in a Drive Form, the effectiveness of drive orbs are greatly reduced.
