Poison Block (ポイズンガード Poizun Gādo, lit. "Poison Guard") is a technique that appears in Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep. It allows the user to block attacks head-on and poison the enemies if successful.

In Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep, Poison Block is a Defense command that has a maximum level of 3.

- Terra and Ventus can create Poison Block through Command Melding.
Recipes
Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep
Poison Block is a Defense Command that can be melded through two different recipes, listed in the Block Recipe.
- The first recipe can be melded by Terra and Ventus, and is a type P recipe that has a 20% chance of transforming into Bio Barrage when Terra or Ventus melds it.
- The second recipe can be melded by Terra and Ventus, and is a type H recipe that has a 20% chance of transforming into Bio Barrage when Terra or Ventus melds it.
- Poison Edge (LV3) + Block (LV1)
