:The Summon and Limit gauges appear when using Summons in KH and Limits in KH2, obviously. The Damage gauge is from escort missions (There's also a "Gates" gauge from the defend-the-gate mission in Hollow Bastion, I don't know if there are any other Damage gauges), the Morale gauge is from the Land of Dragons first visit, the Clusters gauge (Energy in FM) is from Space Paranoids first visit, the Time and Berserk gauges are from the Luxord and Saix battles. I think there are multiple "Energy" gauges, but one is during the glider fight against Xemnas's dragon.
