{{Chitalian8|time=01:20, 21 December 2011 (UTC)|nekutalk= During the discussion yesterday, the two proposed courses of action for choosing the staff were either picking a new one from scratch, or merging the two. People seem to be leaning towards the latter option, since nobody wants anybody to lose a staff position. However, it was also noted that merging the two staffs would cause a slight overabundance of staffers. I assume we'll choose the course of action at the Roundtable.}}

{{Asif|shonormal=Okay, if we just merged the staff from each wiki, we would have sixteen staff members. If everyone was okay with that number (I, for one, think it is too large a number), we could just merge the staff as-is. However, if not, we could instead decide on an individual number of administrators and bureaucrats, then vote as to who out of the active ones we currently have should take the positions. We would also need to decide, should all three bureaucrats be reelected, whether we want three bureaucrats and if not which ones to keep. I know that my idea does not please everyone, but in this situation I'm not sure there is a way for that to happen.}}
