Okay, I know this is a little (okay, very) early, but I decided to make a prototype SEIWA logo. I tried to base it off both the Square Enix logo, and the NIWA logo, taking influences from both. Here it is:

I think you should move the "mark" over to behind the letters, and that it's straight and horizontal, like they were written above the mark.
