Wingblade is a Level 2 Command Style that is exclusive to Ventus in Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep. It is activated when the player is already in a Command Style and uses Edge, Magnet, or Reprisal-type Commands to fill up the Command Gauge.

Appearance

When Ventus enters this Style, he will be surrounded by swords of light that fly along with him, reminiscent to an angel's wings. Whenever Ventus attacks, he seems to grab them from their positions in mid-air.

Mechanics

This style specializes in performing hard-to-block attacks and long combos that can take down powerful enemies with ease, using constant attacks to cause continual damage. This style is best used in conjunction with multi-target attacks, since the Style's attacks are best suited to defeating enemies one at a time. The Style's Finisher consists of Ventus throwing the swords into the ground, as they form an altar-like shape. Ventus then lands in the middle of the swords as a brilliant shockwave of light damages all enemies on-screen.

Obtaining Wingblade

Wingblade is obtained after winning the first fight with Metamorphosis in Deep Space.
