::::Oh it is certainly an undertaking and demands knowledge of CSS and HTML. PHP is a plus. I just happened to know CSS and HTML way before I got involved with wikis, so it was very easy for me to adapt to making skins for wikis. (not to say wikis are my primary web design at all) If I was not busy in real life with a wonderful schedule... I would offer to try and make one for you. As far a starting place, For me, it was best to just jump right into it all and start experimenting. Otherwise, I don't have a specific guide for Skins, just try googling about it maybe.
