Confetti is a Deck Command in Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep usable by Terra, Ventus, and Aqua. By using this command, Your character will increase in a chance of getting your next attack a critical hit. This command uses only one slot of your Command Deck, and has a reload time of about 5 seconds. You can buy this command from the Moogle in the Mirage Arena for 150 Medals.
