Slow is a technique found in Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep, usable by Terra, Ventus, and Aqua, and also used by Data Sora in Kingdom Hearts Re:coded. It slows down the movements and attacks of enemies within a certain radius.
Mechanics
In Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep, Slow is a Basic Magic Command that takes up one slot in the Command Deck, has a maximum level of 3, and a normal reload time of 10 seconds.
It appears again in Kingdom Hearts Re:coded as a Magic Command. It consumes 14% of memory and has a normal reload time of 30 seconds.
