+:::I think the vast majority of subspecies have the same fighting style. Probably the most different ones are the "small floating Heartless" family, but they are clearly variations of each other, and they aren't ''really'' that different (i.e. they release a magic attack and/or headbutt). I think what we count as variations should depend on how similar they are as enemies.
+:::Having said that, you make a good point about Xehanort and Ansem. The final battle with Xehanort is definitely similar to the ones with Ansem.
+:::I think variations for the "character" bosses need to be treated more carefully that with regular enemies, since we're dealing with  individuals rather than with subspecies.
