I definately disagree. Though it may not be needed, it really helps make the Form pages stand out, as most of them are, well, boring. This adds a little color to the pages. I do not see a large need for this template. The information in the template is very basic, and is usually repeated within the article. Some of the cells' contents don't even make sense; Sora changed into Data Form because of "World's Laws"? I think the form articles would be fine without this infobox, since forms are also not such a widespread category of subjects as enemies, characters, or weapons are. --DTN 22:53, March 16, 2010 (UTC)
