As per the request of Xelias, here's the Sephiroth of all Heartless: the Dustflier! Okay, so the Dustflier is an extremely powerful Wyvern-type Heartless. His attacks all do elemental damage; as such, all of his attacks can inflict status ailments. The best way to take him out is to ensure that you are a high level and have a good Gears equipped. When fighting him, make sure that you have abilities such as High Jump and glide. If you don't, you're screwed to infinity and beyond. In the battle, make sure to dodge as many of his attacks as you can, and then strike his wings and tail until you get and opening. Then, strike the head, which will allow you to attack the weak point for massive damage. Oh, and thre's a constant swarm of Shadows along the ground; it's best to ignore them.
