If they haven't appeared in a Disney film, they're original characters.

TALK - Technically, the pieces of the Experiment appeared in the film. On that basis, wouldn't Scar's Ghost, Oogie's Manor, the Crank Tower, and Jafar's Shadow be removed as well? None of them appeared in that manner in the original films, even though they're designed as Disney characters in the games.

KrytenKoro - And when you see me standing there, you'll know you've got a friend with a rock, I mean a big-ass rock. TALK - I guess I was a little bit unclear. I mean that, defining it on so technical a basis results in loss of meaning - all of these, while variations on Disney's original material, are still all clearly "set" in Disney stories.
