Anyone but me see that every one of Marluxia's scythe's is named after a flower?

DoorToNothing — I dreamed last night... I got on the boat to Heaven! And by some chance, I had brought my dice along! Yes, I've noticed. That is the theme of his weapons, a la Demyx's are musical elements and signs, and Vexen's are coldness and science. What I want to know is why Marluxia's scythe is called Full Bloom in Kingdom Hearts II: Final Mix, but now called Graceful Dahlia in Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days. The same applies to Lexaeus's Centurion, Larxene's Shock Charm, and Zexion's Shade Archive. However, this strangely doesn't apply to Vexen's Freeze Pride....
