Berserk Charge is an ability that means when Sora is in MP Charge (meaning that the MP Gauge is empty), the combo finisher is disabled, creating an infinite combo, until MP Charge is over. Most bosses have the "Once More" ability equipped, which means they can only be defeated by a combo finisher.
Mechanics
Berserk Charge uses 5 AP to equip.

Even so, however, Berserk Charge can be useful against such enemies as Sephiroth and Xemnas, since even though they cannot be defeated by the combo itself, it will still inflict massive damage on them, and since they are being constantly hit with attacks, they won't be able to retaliate.
When using Berserk Charge, you cannot use a finishing move which is necessary to kill bosses who have Once More equipped (including Sephiroth, Xemnas, or many Heartless bosses throughout the game). However this can be advantageous, as it can be used to deal massive amounts of damage to the boss until a finishing move is necessary.
