Shimmering (きらめく Kirameku?), also translated as "Shiny" in Kingdom Hearts, is a material type available in Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep. Shimmering materials contain the essence of fire, ice, and thunder combined, and they can be used during Command Charge to attach abilities that modify damage due to elemental attributes.

Design

A Shimmering Crystal is represented by a jewel with an Elemental material structure. All four pieces of the jewel are a mixture of cyan, red, and lavender, though lavender is the more prominent color, and the star-shaped jewel has white sparkles near its center.

The material's name references the sparkles present on it, as "shimmering" means "produces sparks under light."

Drops
