Medal is an accessory that can be obtained in Kingdom Hearts II. It is the first possible accessory to be granted in the game, but may not be earned depending on game play and events. In order to get the Medal, Roxas must lose the Struggle tournament to Setzer in the Simulated Twilight Town during his part of the game.
If obtained, it is passed on to Sora, just like the Champion Belt if Roxas wins instead.
