MP Haste is a support ability in both Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts II. In Kingdom Hearts, it increases a character's MP Charge bar, and ultimately the MP Bar, when they damage enemies. Depending if Sora chose the sword, rod or shield during his Awakening, he will learn MP Haste at levels 45, 15 and 63 respectively. Donald learns this ability at Level 15, while Goofy learns it at Level 51. Temporary characters Jack Skellington and Ariel also possess MP Haste from the outset. It costs 3 Ability Points to equip.
In Kingdom Hearts II the ability has a different effect; it reduces the time spent in MP Charge by 25%. Sora can learn this ability from the Circle of Life Keyblade and from Level 6 of Wisdom Form. Donald only learns MP Hastera in the second game, while Goofy can obtain the ability by equipping the Akashic Record. Temporary characters Auron, Aladdin and Tron also possess MP Haste. This ability costs 3 Ability Points in Kingdom Hearts II.
