MP Haste is a support ability in both Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts II. In Kingdom Hearts, it restores a small amount of MP in every strike the make to a enemy. In Kingdom Hearts II the ability has a different effect, it only speeds up the MP Charge. Sora can learn this ability from the Circle of Life Keyblade and from Level 6 of Wisdom Form. Donald learns this ability from many of his weapons. In both games Sora, Donald, and Goofy can learn this ability. This ability costs 3 Ability Points in Kingdom Hearts II.
