The Emperor
The Emperor is ruler of The Land of Dragons from Kingdom Hearts II. Though not powerful by skills, his role to maintain order and safety is rather important. He was voiced by Pat Morita of Karate Kid and as his original role.
Li Shang serves him as his royal protector.

Shan Yu once formed an army and tried to overthrown him, but was saved by Li Shang and Mulan and the Kingdom Hearts trio (Sora, Donald and Goofy).
