Mickey's Keyblade

"he obtained when traveling through the Realm of Darkness"

I've seen this on a few pages and I still don't get where its coming from. Mickey's keyblade was first SEEN in the Realm of Darkness, when he and Sora seal the door. But this is also the first time MICKEY is seen. I dont know where people are getting that thats where he got the keyblade. Could anyone tell me where this idea comes from? FA icon.png Here's another thought : there's speculative info on Terra and Ven taking the Kingdom Key and the Way to the Dawn respectively. Someone added it in. I didn't remove it for now. Should I remove it ? It's the last sentence in the article, take a look.

I've checked through the Ansem Reports, and they don't even mention there being a keyblade for each world. I'm pretty sure this was just a fan theory back on the boards to explain Riku, Mickey, and Sora, since I remember it from there, and I'm not sure it has any real basis in canon. Not even Mr. Lister's Koromon survived intact. 17:40, 18 February 2009 (UTC)

The key chain attached (the Mickey Mouse insignia) draws out the Keyblade's true form and power. King Mickey uses a similar weapon that he obtained when traveling through the Realm of Darkness. It was forged in the Realm of Light opposite to King Mickey's being forged in the Realm of Darkness.

I couldn't find or remember anything backing this up, so I moved it from the article. Not even Mr. Lister's Koromon survived intact. 17:41, 18 February 2009 (UTC)

By that measure, I think that claim would belong on the Keyblade page, not here. Not even Mr. Lister's Koromon survived intact. 18:06, 18 February 2009 (UTC)

The thing about "True form and power" comes from KH2 in game description. Myself 123 18:09, 18 February 2009 (UTC)

Where does that description appear? My item screen only talks about its ability. Not even Mr. Lister's Koromon survived intact. 04:42, 19 February 2009 (UTC)

FA icon.png When you select items/weapons/accessories for Sora, take a look at the Keyblades. The description appears on the bottom of the screen, if I'm not mistaken (for it's been ages since I played KH1). Whilst for other Keychains, the description talks about their reach/their critical finishes etc., the description that appears when the Kingdom Key is selected (or even hovered over) does talk about its "true form and power".

Edit: I put the sentence about "true form and power" back into the article.

I haven't checked KH1 yet, but KH2's description definitely doesn't have what you guys are saying it does:

"A keychain attached to the Keyblade. Increases defense at critical moments."

I've also gone through all the cutscenes up to Sora's first, and I didn't see a "Weapon Get" for the Kingdom Key that could possibly have this text. Not even Mr. Lister's Koromon survived intact. 05:17, 19 February 2009 (UTC)

Okay, KH1 has "The key chain attached draws out the Keyblade's true form and power." Got it.Not even Mr. Lister's Koromon survived intact. 05:20, 19 February 2009 (UTC)
