:::I feel like I've said this before or have been part of a conversation of this kind but since Shinji Hashimoto, who I believe is a producer within the Kingdom Hearts series, has said to expect a few years wait between XV and KH3. This makes me think, if 2.5 HD is gonna take any time like 1.5 HD, its possible we might be waiting a year or a year and a half. Which, to answer your question based off these things and my theories, it would most likely come out before KH3.
