:I think it means that because he couldn't absorb Terra's heart, he came back as old Xehanort, instead of Terra-Xehanort, which was the body used for the Heartless/Nobody split. Damn Xehanort[edit]
Are we really sure kingdom hearts would give the organization their hearts back? I mean we really only have Xemnas' word on that(see title)
