Castle Oblivion
[edit]

TREASURE Table

Data-Roxas

After Hollow Bastion Part II, you arrive at Castle Oblivion, where a person in a black coat gives you a world card.

From the Entrance Hall, there is a door where you can use the card to go to an illusion of Destiny Islands. Before talking to anyone, grab the Rare Prize Blox, containing a HP +8 chip, on the higher platform in the center of the map and the Strength +4 chip in the north-east. Now talk to Selphie, who asks you to clear out some blocks, but its entirely your choice to accept or not. You can then talk to Wakka who asks you to check on Tidus, which you'll have to do whether you say yes or no. If you do speak to Tidus after, he duels you though he can be easily beaten. Afterwards, talk to the black coated figure to end the world's illusion and receive an Ending Card, based on the options you chose. Another way to end the illusion is find the two shiny things under blocks in the east, which both causes Heartless to attack when examined.

You get five more world cards after you return to the Entrance Hall again and they can be played in any order. In Traverse Town, you have to retrieve the three triplets. Before you do so, grab the Defense +4 chip on the northern ledge and reunite a Rare Pair Blox to get a Magic +3. One block is on a higher platform in the south-west while the other is in the south-east. You can get the triplets in any order but Huey is in the north-east after defeating the Heartless there, Dewey is found in the north-west, and Louie is found under a block on the north ledge. Complete the world by talking to the now-returned triplets in the south.

Wonderland has a Rare Prize Blox, containing a Thunder Resistance +4 in the west. With Alice, you can either tell her true name or a fake one. With the White Rabbit, you can either pick up his watch or tell him that he dropped it. With the Card Soldiers, you can either give the Potion to the Ace of Spades or Ace of Hearts. Lastly, you can break the regular block in the west to examine the Cheshire Cat, who gives you a choice of four blocks to break. You can either give up or choose the correct D block. Picking the wrong block causes you to fight Heartless and restarts the challenge again.

Olympus Coliseum has an Aero +4 in the north-east and a Thunder +4 in the south-west. In this world, talk to Hercules to begin a test to see how many Heartless you can beat in half a minute. Then, talk to Cloud, who tests Data-Sora whether he can defeat a group of Heartless in under half a minute and then whether he can detect a hostile enemy. For the second part of the trial, you can tell which is hostile by waiting to see which enemy attacks first. Lastly, when you speak to Hades, you are timed on how fast you can defeat a horde of enemies.

In Agrabah, you have to find Iago who is hiding in a random block. Without any commands, keep breaking blocks until you find him. Some blocks are hidden Rare Prize Blox with one rewarding a Magic +4 while the other gives a Defense +3. You'll also find Jafar's Ghost, Aladdin, Jasmine Genie, The Peddler and Heartless in some blocks.

In Hollow Bastion, you have to catch Pete by going through a series of timed switch sequences and then fighting him at the end.

Pete is similar to previous fights. Use any opportunity to attack and only retreat to dodge.

Afterwards, you'll have to catch Maleficent by going through a similar process as before. A Magnega in a Rare Prize Blox can be obtained during the fourth switch sequence and a Shock Fall is part of the fifth sequence.

After you visit each world, go to the door to initiate a cutscene that ends in the hooded figure fighting you.

The black coated figure fights with fierce, quick attacks and is a formidable opponent. Don't take risks as his attack are extremely powerful and can inflict negative status effects. Also, be wary when he fires beams of light at you repeatedly.

After the fight, he gives you a final "???" world card and leaves. Using the world card on the door initiates the final cutscenes that end the game. Congratulations for completing Kingdom Hearts Re:coded!
