Twinkle (ツインクル Tsuinkuru) is a technique that appears in Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories. It allows the user to recover HP over a set time period.
Mechanics
In Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories, Twinkle is the effect of the Tinker Bell summon card, while Twinkle Lv2 and Twinkle Lv3 are Summon Sleights. While Twinkle is in effect, Tinker Bell restores an amount of Sora's HP, with Twinkle Lv2 and Twinkle Lv3 restoring more HP and lasts for a bigger time period. In Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories, repeatedly tapping 
increases the amount of HP restored. The card combination for Twinkle Lv2 is:

Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories
- Sora learns Twinkle once he obtains the Tinker Bell card by clearing the Neverland Room of Truth.
