Teleport (テレポ Terepo) is a technique introduced in Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories. It allows the user to instantly teleport to an enemy.
Mechanics
In Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories, Teleport is a magic sleight that allows Sora to rematerialize behind the targeted enemy, stopping it for a short time. Its card combinations are:

In Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep, Teleport is a Movement command that, when
