In Kingdom Hearts II, the user swats their Keyblade upward to launch targets into the air.

Upper Slash (スラッシュアッパー Surasshu Appā?, lit. "Slash Upper") is a technique that appears in Kingdom Hearts II. It allows the user to knock a target into the air during a combo.

Mechanics

In Kingdom Hearts II, Upper Slash is an action ability exclusive to Sora and costs 4 AP to equip. It is activated mid-combo by pressing Square, knocking a target high into the air. As Upper Slash is considered a finisher, it is able to defeat bosses.
