Time-Out (ストップモーション Sutoppu Mōshon, lit. "Stop-Motion") is an ability that appears in Kingdom Hearts. It allows the user to freeze time for enemies, halting their movement temporarily.
Mechanics
In Kingdom Hearts, Time-Out is a combat ability that can be used by Peter Pan. It is a special attack that costs 4 AP to equip and 2 MP to use.
