My goal here is to correct the article titles and categories that Have Inappropriate Capitalization. Maybe I'll also do inappropriate pluralization, while I'm at it. I'll be fixing links WITH THE AWESOME POWER OF AUTOWIKIBROWSER, and so forth. Add any I've missed.

I believe NZ is the only one with access to the bot at the moment so we should ask him. Also, I don't mind changing the links by hand if that's not possible.
