Some Notes 
- The div boxes will probably end up getting removed.
- I'll soon create images for the game portals.
- I've left Quote of the Moment for now, since I find it somewhat interesting. However, it will probably (inevitably) be removed.
- We could, if we wanted to, make a third column.
- Current Happenings, Command Board, and Helping Out are being moved to Traverse Town. Thus, sections for those three aspects will be merged into the new Traverse Town section.
