Prizes are recurring minor items and drops that appear throughout the Kingdom Hearts series. They come in a variety of forms and often serve as restorative items, currency, or collectables.
Types of Prizes
HP Prizes
HP Prizes appear in every game and are represented by a bright green orb, sometimes outlined in red. They drop when enemies are defeated and they fill the player's HP gauge. HP prize drops can be enhanced by certain abilities such as Jackpot, HP Prize Plus and Lucky Strike.
Munny
Munny appear in every game except for Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories and are represented by a gold octahedron. They drop when most enemies are defeated and can be used to buy items at shops.
Prize Boxes
Prize Boxes appear in every game except Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories and are represented by small boxes and chests. They drop when most minor enemies are defeated and they usually contain items, commands, and ingredients.
MP Prizes
Moogle Points
Drive orbs
Olympus Coliseum prizes
Morale orbs
D-Link Prizes
D-Link Prizes are exclusive to Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep. They resemble small blue stars and fill the D-Link Gauge. When the gauge is filled, the player can activate a D-Link and gain the powers of an ally.
SP Prizes
SP Prizes, or System Points, appear in the system sectors of Kingdom Hearts Re:Coded when Bug Blox are destroyed and enemies are defeated. They can be wagered to increase their amount, and once the sector is cleared, can be redeemed for rewards.
